Guarda Malbec DOC 2016

Vineyard: Luján de Cuyo – Mendoza. Planted in 1906 (Drummond). Altitude 850 metres above sea level.
Fermentation Process: Classic, in stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts, during 20 - 25 days and at a maximum temperature of 30°. The end of maceration is determined by the tasting.
Aging: 100% of the wine spent 12 months in French oak barrels.
Storing in Bottle: Over 10 years.
Acidity: 5.44 g/l
