Cabarnet Sauvignon Altas Cumbres 2018
A strong wine with an aroma of red fruits, plums, cherries and spicy notes. This is an intense wine to savour; medium bodied and with a pleasant level of tannins. This is the ideal wine for rich dishes such as meats, cheese platters and stews. Enjoy this complex wine glass by glass.
Vineyard: Luján de Cuyo – Luján de Cuyo – Mendoza. Altitude: 980 metres above sea level.
Fermentation Process: In stainless steel tanks with daily pump-overs and a controlled temperature under 28 °C. The maceration lasts between 8 and 12 days, depending on daily tastings.
Aging: 30% of the wine. Between 3-5 months in oak barrels (50% French and 50% American)
Storing in Bottle: Up to 5 years since the harvest year.
Acidity: 5.25 g/l
